North Las Vegas Porta Pros is a single-city outfit. We own our own equipment and we pump our own tanks instead of contracting it out. That means no surprises when your unit shows up late or your septic job gets delayed because a third-party vendor is booked. We're licensed and bonded in Nevada, and every driver carries a copy of the OSHA standards on site. Our dispatch team knows North Las Vegas block by block, the narrow lots in the old industrial corridor, the steep driveways in the foothills, the utility lines that run under the northeast commercial strips. When you call with a tough placement, we already know what we're working with.
A standard porta potty holds 60 to 70 gallons and fits on a pad about 44 by 48 inches. We stock them in quantities that match the job size. Construction sites follow OSHA 1926.51(c), which requires 1 toilet facility for 20 workers or fewer, then 1 toilet seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers from 20 up. What we rent
Standard units run from $100 to $350 per day, depending on how long you need them and what service level fits the job. Deluxe flushable toilets cost more but they're quieter and they look better on a job site where clients visit. ADA accessible units meet ADA Standards section 213.2, which says at least one unit must be accessible when portable toilets are clustered. We also rent restroom trailers for events and longer jobs. They hold multiple stalls, running water, soap dispensers that comply with 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), and heating for winter work.
Septic pumping runs $150 to $300 per job, and a residential tank typically needs pumping every 3 to 5 years depending on tank size and household size. We pump grease interceptors when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth. Roll-off dumpsters rent by the week for $426 to $778, and we haul everything from demolition debris to yard waste. Storage containers start at $100 per month. Temporary fencing costs about $30 to $75 per day and we deliver it on a flatbed truck. Handwashing stations are required where employees apply paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides under OSHA 1926.51(f)(1), and we stock them with soap and paper towels.
How we work
Call us at 7 a.m. and we'll pick up a unit the same afternoon if you're in North Las Vegas proper. Drop-offs for Winchester (15.2 miles south), Whitney (15.3 miles south) and other nearby towns take a day longer because of drive time, but we still move fast. We service every unit weekly as the baseline, so tanks stay clean and odor stays low. You only pay for what you use, if your event ends early, call us and we'll pull the unit out and adjust your bill.
Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city before we drop a unit, so tell us where you want it and we'll check permit rules before we roll. A roll-off dumpster delivery needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck, so we'll scout your site first if you're unsure. We carry the equipment to handle tight driveways, narrow lots and sloped ground that other rental companies turn down.

What happens if I need something on a weekend?
We charge a weekend premium. Call us Friday and tell us what you need Monday and we'll hold the units for you. Emergency jobs run higher because drivers work overtime, but we don't leave you stranded.
Do you clean out units or just pump them?
We pump septic tanks and empty porta potty holding tanks. For portable toilets that sit on a job longer than a week, we service them in place, empty the tank, spray it, restock toilet paper and hand sanitizer. That's part of the weekly rental.
What if a dumpster is too full before pickup day?
Call us and we'll drop a second unit or swap the full one early. We track tank levels on repeat jobs so overflow doesn't happen, but if your crew generates more waste than expected, we adjust on the fly without penalties.
Do you handle emergency calls?
Yes. We offer emergency porta potty rental and emergency septic service. Pipe burst, backup, event that got moved up a week, call us and we'll work it out. Response time is two to four hours during business days.
